How often do the boxes ship?

Our boxes ship on the 14th of the even months. (We only ship in February, April, June, August, October, and December).

When will I be charged for the box?

Your card will be charged on the 10th of each month the box ships.

If you are purchasing the service as a gift, you will be charged the entire amount (6 months or 12 months) at the time of purchase.

What is in each box?

Our boxes contain all the items you need to complete the craft. We make sure you don’t have to drive to the store for that last minute item (we’ll even provide scissors if they are needed).

What if I don't like the craft? Can I return it?

Unfortunately all sales are final. If you get your box and decide that our subscription just isn’t your style just log in to your member account and we’ll cancel the subscription.

My box never arrived! What do I do?

Please contact us immediately! We’ll make sure the latest craft box makes it to your door!
